Whats On
Give attendance 100%
Be one of the best attenders like Bradley who has 3 years consecutive 100% attendance and Heidi (Y5) who has never missed a day of school since staring St Brigid’s in Reception Class.
Attending school regularly is of paramount importance in ensuring that your child gets the best education possible. Please make sure that your child is in school on time everyday. For further information, click on the Parent tab and choose Attendance.
Celebrating Talents
We are so proud of our talented dancers and actors who have taken part in various Pantomimes this year. Children from across the school have been wowing audiences with their dancing, singing and acting skills in the recent productions of Aladdin at Liverpool’s Epstein Theatre and St Helens’ Theatre Royal.

Family Learning
All parents want their children to do well at school and we, at St. Brigid’s, wholeheartedly support that. Family Learning classes are run throughout the academic year and these range from Mathematics, Early Literacy (including Letters & Sounds), Art & Crafts and Family Cookery.
Family Learning gives our parents / carers the opportunity to find out about new teaching strategies, methods of learning and behaviour management strategies that we use in school. It also creates an invaluable opportunity to share ideas with other parents/carers and develop their own skills.
If you would like to get involved, please contact Mrs Buckley (Lead Teacher for Family Learning) or Mrs Higham (Parent Mentor).
SPACE for Sports & Arts Building
The SPACE for Sports & Arts Building is used for curriculum PE & School Sports on a daily basis. The children benefit from excellent facilities and are able to access high quality PE (including indoor athletics, gymnastics and multi-skills) during school hours.
Outside school hours, the building is utilised by a number of school and community groups including: St Brigid’s Breakfast Club, Knowsley Disability Awareness, Christopher Linzie School of Dance, Jamie Carragher Football and Over 50s Fitness.
If you would like to find out more about the clubs available to you or are interested in hiring our facilities, please contact Mrs Jayne Higham on 0151 477 8150.
