Are you a parent or carer of a child or young person with a disability? If so, Knowsley Council want to know your views about Knowsley Council’s Short Breaks Service.
Short breaks give children with additional needs an opportunity to join in with fun activities and make friends, as well as giving parents or carers a break from their caring role.
